Yuhaniz Khan

Yuhaniz Khan is a Global Partner in CF Leadership’s Toronto office and leads the Disruptive Healthcare sector. Her expertise is with Board and CEO appointments in the disruptive healthcare sector, alongside cross-industry expertise in HR and Technology, Information, Security and Digital.

She advises digital health pioneers, biotech disruptors, and private equity-backed healthcare firms on leadership transitions, organizational scaling, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Yuhaniz is part of CF Leadership’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Executive Committee.

Prior to joining CF Leadership, Yuhaniz held leadership consulting roles across the EMEA region and with Diaverum, where she gained expertise in patient advocacy, quality improvement, and innovation. She brings extensive healthcare experience to devising and delivering tailored leadership solutions to her clients. Yuhaniz has worked with pharma entities and the public private healthcare sector in talent solutions, with particular emphasis on technology and disruptive healthcare through big data and AI over the last decade. She has worked with several early-stage technology firms in delivering what is today’s pioneering firms in the healthcare technology space.
