Youssef Ali is a Global Partner in CF Leadership’s Amsterdam office and leads the Biotechnology sector. His expertise is with Board and CEO appointments in the Biotechnology sector, alongside cross-industry expertise in Legal, Compliance, Risk & Government Affairs, and Technology, Information, Security, and Digital.
He advises multinational biotechnology companies and innovative startups on human capital strategies for advancing scientific innovation, optimizing organizational alignment, and navigating complex business lifecycles, from seed funding through to successful exits. Youssef is a part of CF Leadership’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Executive Committee.
Prior to joining CF Leadership, Youssef held senior leadership roles across Europe at Roche and Amgen, where he gained expertise in corporate strategy, business development, and therapeutic innovation.
