Wang Lei is a Global Co-Managing Partner in CF Leadership’s Australian offices and leads the industrial sector. He addresses critical challenges such as talent gaps in manufacturing innovation, navigating sustainability demands, and aligning leadership with Industry 4.0 transformations. Wang also has cross-industry expertise in HR leadership and Audit programs.

With deep sector knowledge, Wang helps clients secure visionary leaders who drive operational excellence, global expansion, and technological advancement in an increasingly competitive industrial landscape. Wang is part of CF Leadership’s Industrial Executive Committee, and a member of the Group Executive Committee.

Prior to joining CF Leadership, Wang worked in senior management roles – working with global industrial leaders across Asia and Europe, navigating and scaling in challenging, competitive markets.
