Victoria Langton

Victoria Langton is a Global Partner in CF Leadership’s London office and leads the Law Firms and Legal Services sector. Her expertise is with Board and CEO appointments in the legal services sector, alongside cross-functional expertise in HR and Technology, Information, Security and Digital.

She advises leading law firms, in-house legal teams, and private equity-backed legal services providers on leadership transitions, operational transformation, and regulatory compliance. Victoria is part of CF Leadership’s Professional Services Executive Committee.

Prior to joining CF Leadership, Victoria practiced as a corporate lawyer at Clifford Chance and DLA Piper, where she specialised in M&A and corporate advisory work. She leverages her extensive legal and operational knowledge to deliver impactful leadership solutions to her clients.
