Timothy Frost

Timothy Frost is Global Co-Managing Partner at CF Leadership and is based in the Washington, DC office. He leads the firm’s work across the Public & Social Sector globally, advising on leadership challenges spanning education, infrastructure, government, public finance, and research.

Timothy works with multilateral institutions and government agencies, NGOs and public-private partnerships, advising on senior leadership appointments, organizational transformation, and governance. He brings particular expertise in aligning leadership strategy with public policy, institutional development, and sustainable impact. He is part of Carter Fleming’s Public & Social Sector Executive Committee and is a member of the Group Executive Committee.

Before joining CF Leadership, Timothy held senior positions at the IFC, World Bank, and OCFO, where he built deep experience in strategic talent acquisition, cross-sector collaboration, and international development.
