Thomas Jones is a Global Partner in CF Leadership’s Zurich office and leads the Wealth Management sector. His expertise is with Board and CEO appointments in the Wealth Management sector, alongside cross-industry expertise in Audit and Financial leadership.
He advises leading private banks, boutique wealth firms, and family offices on leadership transitions, cultural alignment, and navigating regulatory complexities. Thomas is a part of CF Leadership’s Financial Services Executive Committee.
Prior to joining CF Leadership, Thomas held senior leadership roles across Europe in some of the world’s top tier management consulting firms, where he gained expertise in leadership strategy, organizational transformation, and operational optimization. He brings extensive experience to his work, enabling him to deliver tailored leadership solutions to his diverse client base.
