Sue Busby

Sue Busby is a Global Partner in CF Leadership’s London office and leads the Infrastructure sector. Her expertise is with Board and CEO appointments in the infrastructure sector, alongside cross-industry expertise in HR and Technology, Information, Security and Digital.

She advises clients in energy, transportation, and advanced manufacturing on leadership transitions, organizational scaling, and navigating challenges in automation, sustainability, and global operations. Sue is part of CF Leadership’s Industrial Executive Committee.

Prior to joining CF Leadership, Sue held senior leadership roles in the consulting industry with Anderson and PwC, where she gained expertise in process efficiency, supply chain optimization, and capital project management. She later moved into human capital and became an expert in leadership solutions and talent management. Sue has delivered well over 760 assignments in the infrastructure space, with particular demand originating from telecoms and energy in recent years, supporting asset backed entities, sovereign funds and private equity firms.
