Stephanie Grey is a Global Partner in CF Leadership’s Amsterdam office and leads the Transportation, Logistics & Distribution sector. Her expertise is with Board and CEO appointments alongside functional expertise in Sustainability and Strategy, and Supply Chain and Operations.
She advises global clients, including logistics providers, freight forwarders, and supply chain innovators, on challenges such as talent scarcity, adapting to digital transformation, and achieving environmental goals within complex regulatory landscapes. Stephanie is part of CF Leadership’s Industrial Executive Committee.
Prior to joining CF Leadership, Stephanie held senior leadership roles across Europe at DHL, Kerry Logistics, Deutsche Bahn, and Kuehne+Nagel, where she gained expertise in commercial strategy, operational excellence, and cross-border supply chain optimization.
