Stephanie Diesler is a Global Partner in CF Leadership’s Zurich office and leads the Energy sector. Her expertise lies in Board and CEO appointments within the energy industry, alongside cross-industry experience in Sustainability and Technology, Information, Security, and Digital Platforms.
She advises global energy clients, including those in oil and gas, LNG, renewables, and power generation, on challenges such as energy transitions, bridging renewable skills gaps, decarbonization, and regulatory compliance – ensuring the leadership teams in place can navigate through change, complex regulatory frameworks and investor expectations, and can drive a sustainable growth strategy. Stephanie is part of CF Leadership’s Industrial Executive Committee.
Prior to joining CF Leadership, Stephanie held senior leadership roles across Europe, including positions at Accenture, Ørsted (formerly DONG Energy), and Statoil. She brings deep expertise in offshore wind operations, LNG, and renewable energy solutions, delivering tailored leadership strategies to her diverse client base.
