Søren Mikkelsen

Søren Mikkelsen is the Global Partner for Sustainability, based in the CF Leadership Copenhagen office. He advises government agencies, municipalities, and public institutions on executive appointments tied to sustainability, climate transition, and environmental governance. His work supports public sector leaders in navigating ESG regulation, climate policy, and green infrastructure transformation.

Søren has extensive experience across logistics, supply chain, and corporate sustainability roles. He has worked at the intersection of operational delivery and long-term environmental strategy, helping organizations shift toward more sustainable practices while maintaining public accountability and service excellence. Soren is part of CF Leadership’s Public & Social Sector Executive Committee.

Before joining CF Leadership, Søren held senior roles in sustainability and logistics across Denmark, the Netherlands, and Germany. His understanding of carbon reduction, sustainable procurement, and organizational change enables him to advise public sector clients on the leadership capabilities required to meet evolving climate targets and policy frameworks.
