Sophia Taylor is a Global Partner in CF Leadership’s Amsterdam office and leads the Life Sciences Tools & Services, Chemistry & Labs sectors. Her expertise is with Board and CEO appointments in the Life Sciences sector, together with global industry expertise in HR and Technology, Information, Security, and Digital.

She advises multinational corporations and innovative startups on leadership strategies to tackle challenges such as digital transformation, sustainability pressures, and supply chain optimization. Sophia is deeply committed to diversity-focused hiring practices, ensuring inclusive representation in STEM leadership. She is part of CF Leadership’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Executive Committee.

Prior to joining CF Leadership, Sophia held senior leadership roles in Europe and the United States at Thermo Fisher Scientific, Qiagen, and SGS, where she gained expertise in molecular diagnostics, regulatory compliance, and operational strategy.
