Rebecca Quilty

Rebecca Quilty is a Global Partner in CF Leadership’s San Francisco office and leads the Semiconductors sector. Her expertise is with Board and CEO appointments in the semiconductors industry, alongside cross-industry expertise in Marketing, Sales, Commercial & Communications, and Supply Chain & Operations.  

She advises global clients on leadership transitions, regional growth strategies, and addressing unique hiring challenges, such as advanced skills shortages, diversity gaps, and interdisciplinary expertise demands. Rebecca is part of CF Leadership’s Technology Executive Committee.  

Prior to joining CF Leadership, Rebecca held senior roles across the US at McKinsey, Intel, and Qualcomm, where she gained expertise in growth strategy, product management, and cutting-edge semiconductor technologies. She brings extensive experience to her work, enabling her to deliver tailored leadership solutions to her clients.
