Rachel Anderson is a Global Partner in CF Leadership’s Belgium office and leads the Chemicals sector. Her expertise is with Board and CEO appointments in the industrial chemicals sector, alongside cross-industry expertise in Audit and Financial leadership.
She advises global clients, including specialty and industrial chemical companies, on challenges such as regulatory compliance, sustainability, and innovation in chemical processes. Rachel is part of CF Leadership’s Industrial Executive Committee.
Prior to joining CF Leadership, Rachel held senior leadership roles across Europe at BASF, Umicore, and Johnson Matthey, where she gained extensive expertise in commercial operations, sales strategy, and market development. She brings extensive industry expertise to her work, with a deep understanding of the business challenges and pressure points unique to her clients’ sector.
