Niel Bauer is a Global Partner at CF Leadership, based in the Milan office, with a focus on Industrial Goods & Technology. He advises global manufacturers, advanced engineering firms, and industrial technology companies on board appointments, CEO succession, and the alignment of executive talent with long-term innovation and operational strategy.
Niel works closely with industrial leadership teams to embed ESG principles, digitisation, and supply chain transformation into corporate governance and executive planning. His clients span listed multinationals, private equity-backed platforms, and high-growth technology-led industrials. Niel is a member of CF Leadership’s Industrial Executive Committee.
Prior to joining CF Board, Niel held operational leadership roles at Pirelli and Bridgestone, gaining international experience across supply chain, engineering, and transformation. His work focused on performance improvement and operational resilience in complex, multinational environments.
