Natalie Thompson is Global Co-Managing Partner for Financial Services at CF Leadership, based in Los Angeles. She specializes in senior-level executive search, succession planning, and leadership advisory for clients navigating transformation across the financial sector, alongside cross-industry expertise in HR and Technology, Information, Security, and Digital. 

With expertise in regulatory change, M&A integration, and digital disruption, Natalie helps organizations build leadership teams equipped to drive innovation and long-term growth. Her work blends strategic talent planning with a deep understanding of the structural shifts reshaping global financial institutions. Natalie is part of CF Leadership’s Financial Services Executive Committee, and is a member of the Group Executive Committee.

Prior to joining CF Leadership, Natalie held senior roles in investment management and capital markets.  Her experience includes managing multi-billion-dollar portfolios, executing complex equity transactions, and leading high-performing teams across equities and ECM in North and South America.
