Nasser Al-Shukri is Global Managing Partner in CF Leadership’s San Francisco office and leads the Technology sector. His expertise lies in Board and CEO appointments within the technology industry, alongside cross-industry expertise in HR, Marketing, Sales, Commercial, and Communications.
He advises global technology firms, private equity-backed companies, and high-growth startups on leadership transitions, cultural alignment, and niche expertise challenges. Nasser is part of CF Leadership’s Technology Executive Committee and is a member of the Group Executive Committee.
Prior to joining CF Leadership, Nasser held senior leadership roles across the United States at L.E.K. Consulting and Monitor Group, where he gained expertise in human capital strategy, market analysis, and organizational growth. He has successfully completed over 30 CEO hires and numerous other C level appointments and is a trusted advisor in the Technology sector.
