Michael C. Dawson is a Global Partner in CF Leadership’s Brussels office and leads the Consumer Banking sector. His expertise is with Board and CEO appointments in the Consumer Banking sector, alongside cross-industry expertise spanning HR and Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Government Affairs.
He advises clients on the optimization of branch networks, driving digital adoption, enhancing customer loyalty programs, and developing competitive saving and lending products tailored to evolving customer needs. Michael is part of CF Leadership’s Financial Services Executive Committee.
Prior to joining CF Leadership, Michael held senior leadership roles across Europe at HSBC and ING Group, where he gained expertise in branch expansion, lending portfolio strategies, and operational efficiency.
