She advises clients on CEO succession planning, strategic Board appointments, and identifying leadership talent critical to navigating sponsorship growth, partnership development, and global expansion. McKenzie partners with global event organizers, elite sporting federations, esports innovators, private equity investors, and agencies specializing in athlete representation and sponsorship management. Her work spans entities shaping the future of sports and entertainment worldwide. McKenzie is part of CF Leadership’s Consumer Executive Committee.
Prior to joining CF Leadership, McKenzie held senior leadership roles across North America at IMG, the NBA, and Nike, where she gained deep expertise in partnerships, sponsorships, and growth strategies.
