Maxwell Pocker is a Global Partner in CF Leadership’s London office and leads the Cybersecurity sector. His expertise is with Board and CEO appointments in the cybersecurity industry, alongside cross-industry expertise in HR, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Government affairs.
He advises multinational corporations, private equity firms, and high-growth digital organizations on leadership solutions to manage cyber threats, mitigate data breaches, and navigate crisis management and regulatory challenges. Maxwell is part of CF Leadership’s Technology Executive Committee.
Prior to joining CF Leadership, Maxwell held senior leadership roles across the UK at Accenture and Microsoft, where he gained expertise in crisis management, SOC technology, and data privacy.
