Matthew Cooksey is a Global Partner in CF Leadership’s Amsterdam office and leads the Retail sector. His expertise lies in Board and CEO appointments within the global Retail industry, alongside cross-industry expertise in HR, Supply Chain & Operations.
He advises clients on navigating leadership transitions, driving e-commerce growth and cultural transformation. Matthew partners with multinational retailers, innovative disruptors, and private equity-backed ventures, addressing challenges unique to the retail sector. Matthew is part of CF Leadership’s Consumer Executive Committee.
Prior to joining CF Leadership, Matthew held senior leadership roles across Europe at Carrefour, Tesco, and H&M, where he gained deep expertise in merchandising, category management, and operational efficiency.
