Mark Garcia is a Global Partner in CF Leadership’s Tokyo office and leads the Industrial Services sector. His expertise lies in Board and CEO appointments, with cross-industry depth in HR, Supply Chain, and Operational Leadership. Mark supports clients across infrastructure, engineering services, maintenance, logistics, and technical field services, aligning leadership strategy with operational excellence.
He advises organizations ranging from international PLCs to high-growth service providers on business-critical challenges such as operational transformation, margin improvement, and leadership for service-based innovation. Mark is a member of CF Leadership’s Industrial Executive Committee.
Prior to joining CF Leadership, Mark held senior leadership roles across Europe and Asia at Yaskawa Electric Corporation, Emerson Network Power, Babcock International, and Siemens Gamesa.
