Lucy Haylet is a Global Partner in CF Leadership’s London office and leads the Insurance sector. Her expertise lies in Board and CEO appointments within the insurance sector, alongside cross-industry expertise in Audit and Financial leadership.
She advises insurers, brokers, and reinsurers on leadership transitions, strategic recruitment solutions, and navigating challenges unique to an evolving industry shaped by regulatory change and technological disruption. Lucy is part of CF Leadership’s Financial Services Executive Committee.
Prior to joining CF Leadership, Lucy held senior leadership consulting roles at Deloitte across Europe, advising many of the insurance majors. In the latter part of her career, she has developed expertise in strategic talent solutions, organizational transformation, and leadership solutions. Lucy is also considered a leading pioneer in Africa and the Middle East, being one of the first to deliver client site talent management solutions across several industry sectors – especially in functions: AI, data, cyber, legal, compliance and related areas.
