Leila Hassan is a Global Managing Partner in CF Leadership’s Copenhagen office and leads the Healthcare & Life Sciences sector. Her expertise is with Board and CEO appointments in the Healthcare & Life Sciences sector, alongside cross-industry expertise in Marketing, Sales, Commercial & Communications, and Technology.
She advises clients across pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, healthcare services, and digital health on challenges unique to the evolving healthcare sector, including regulatory compliance, patient-centric innovation, and organizational transformation. Leila is part of CF Leadership’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Executive Committee, and a member of the Group Executive Committee.
Prior to joining CF Leadership, Leila held senior leadership roles across Europe at McKinsey, PwC, GSK, and Coloplast, where she gained expertise in product lifecycle management, go-to-market strategies, and operational optimization. She is experienced in healthcare trends, patient-centric innovation, and compliance.
