Lee Johnson is a Global Partner in CF Leadership’s London office and leads the Process Industries sector. His expertise is with Board and CEO appointments, alongside global functional expertise in Chief Sustainability & Strategy and Financial Leadership.
He advises multinational chemical manufacturers, materials producers, and industrial processing firms on leadership transitions, organizational scaling, and talent retention in dynamic markets. Lee is part of CF Leadership’s Industrial Executive Committee.
Prior to joining CF Leadership, Lee held senior leadership roles across Europe, Africa, Asia, North America, Australia, the UAE, and the Americas at companies including Ambatovy, Croda plc, Premier Oil, and Lonmin, where he gained expertise in HR strategy, corporate governance, and operational transformation. He brings over 25 years of experience delivering tailored leadership solutions to his clients.
