Layla Al-Fulan

Layla Al-Fulan is a Global Partner in CF Leadership, focused on Foundations & Philanthropy. She divides her time between the firm’s offices in Kuwait, Oman, and Morocco, advising private foundations, philanthropic networks, and nonprofit boards on executive appointments, governance, and succession. Her work supports purpose-driven institutions in advancing social investment and sustainable development goals.

Layla brings two decades of experience across wealth management, private banking, and philanthropic advisory. She has supported high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and public-private initiatives in aligning values with leadership strategy. Her work is informed by deep regional knowledge and a strong understanding of the intersection between legacy, impact, and institutional continuity. Layla is part of CF Leadership’s Public & Social Sector Executive Committee.

Before joining CF Leadership, Layla worked in wealth management with Société Générale in both London and Paris, advising clients across the Middle East and Europe. Since joining CF Leadership, she has focused on leadership within philanthropic ecosystems, helping to professionalize governance and ensure long-term stewardship of mission-focused capital.
