Kyle R. Kingsberry is a Global Partner in CF Leadership’s Paris office and leads the Apparel & Luxury Goods sector. His expertise is with Board and CEO appointments in the Apparel & Luxury Goods sector, alongside cross-industry expertise in HR and Commercial & Communications.
He advises clients on navigating talent acquisition, organizational change, cultural alignment, and workforce transformation, addressing the challenges unique to luxury fashion houses, global retailers, and high-growth lifestyle brands in dynamic markets. Kyle is part of CF Leadership’s Consumer Executive Committee.
Prior to joining CF Leadership, Kyle held senior HR leadership roles across Europe at Burberry, Marks & Spencer, and Louis Vuitton, where he gained deep expertise in workforce development, cultural transformation, and talent strategy. He leverages his extensive international experience to provide customized leadership solutions to the Apparel & Luxury Goods industry sector.
