Kevin Ethridge is a Global Partner in CF Leadership’s New York office and leads the Payments sector, specializing in both Fintech and Traditional industries. His expertise is with Board and CEO appointments in the Payments sector, alongside cross-industry expertise in Commercial & Communications and Technology, Information, Security, and Digital.
He advises multinational corporations, fintech leaders, high-growth startups, and private equity firms on challenges unique to the evolving payments sector, including navigating regulatory complexities, adapting to global market dynamics, and driving innovation in digital commerce. Kevin is part of CF Leadership’s Financial Services Executive Committee.
Prior to joining CF Leadership, Kevin held senior leadership roles across the United States at Stripe, PayPal, and Bank of America, where he gained expertise in global partnerships, product innovation, and scaling operations in rapidly evolving markets.
