Kerem Demir

Kerem Demir is a Global Partner in the Public & Social Sector practice based in CF Leadership’s office in Istanbul. He leads the Infrastructure practice and advises government ministries, state-owned enterprises, and public infrastructure institutions on senior executive appointments, with a focus on leadership roles tied to national infrastructure development and delivery. His work spans transport, energy, water, and urban systems, aligning talent strategy with long-term investment objectives.

Kerem brings two decades of experience across the public and private infrastructure landscape, having led major capital programs and strategic transformation projects in both Turkey and Europe. His advisory work builds on deep operational knowledge gained from roles in global construction, engineering, and materials companies. Kerem is part of CF Leadership’s Public & Social Sector Executive Committee

Earlier in his career, Kerem held senior positions at Lafarge and Vinci, following project delivery roles with Renaissance Construction and Limak Holding in Turkey. His experience across the full infrastructure lifecycle\ – \planning, construction, and public sector advisory\ – \positions him to guide clients through complex leadership transitions and system-wide infrastructure change.
