Experience

Katie O’Brien is a Global Partner in CF Leadership’s New York office and leads the Corporate & Investment Banking sector. Her expertise is with Board and CEO appointments in the Corporate & Investment Banking sector, alongside cross-industry expertise in Audit and HR.  

She advises leading corporate banks, “White Shoe” investment banks, and boutique FS firms on cultural transformation, talent development, and alignment with organizational values and goals. Katie is part of CF Leadership’s Financial Services Executive Committee.  

Prior to joining CF Leadership, Katie held senior leadership roles across the United States and Europe at Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan, and BNP Paribas, where she gained expertise in talent development, organizational transformation, and human resources strategy. She has extensive experience, enabling her to deliver tailored leadership solutions to her global client base.
