Jonathan Mills is a Global Partner in CF Leadership’s Oslo office and leads the Digital Infrastructure sector. His expertise lies in Board and CEO appointments within the digital infrastructure industry, alongside cross-industry expertise in Audit and Financial leadership.
He advises organizations ranging from innovative startups to multibillion-dollar enterprises on leadership transitions, digital transformation, and next-generation talent acquisition across sectors such as data centers, cloud services, telecommunications, and IoT. Jonathan is part of CF Leadership’s Technology Executive Committee.
Prior to joining CF Leadership, Jonathan held senior leadership roles across the UK at PwC and BCG, where he gained expertise in digital transformation, technology strategy, and operational optimization.
