John D. Dickerson is a Global Partner in CF Leadership’s Atlanta office and leads the Construction & Building Materials sector. His expertise lies in Board and CEO appointments within the construction industry, alongside cross-industry experience in Legal, Compliance, Risk and Government Affairs, and Supply chain and Operations.
He advises global clients, including contractors, builders, developers, material producers and industrial manufacturers, on challenges such as sustainability, mitigating supply chain disruptions, workforce safety, and managing the cyclical nature and life cycle of large-scale Construction and material processing-based projects. John is part of CF Leadership’s Industrial Executive Committee.
Prior to joining CF Leadership, John held senior leadership roles across North America at CNH Industrial and Caterpillar Inc., where he gained extensive expertise in lean manufacturing and operational resilience.
