John Allen is a Global Partner in CF Leadership’s Copenhagen office and leads the Financing sector, specializing in Credit, General Finance, and Lease Finance. His expertise is with Board and CEO appointments in the Financing sector, alongside cross-industry expertise in Legal, Compliance, Risk & Government Affairs and Financial leadership.
He advises multinational finance firms, niche leasing providers, and private equity investors on sourcing talent to manage challenges specific to this industry, including structured financing solutions, scalable lease and credit products, and credit risk management. John is a part of CF Leadership’s Financial Services Executive Committee.
Prior to joining CF Leadership, John held senior leadership roles in Denmark at Nordea Finance and Paris at BNP Paribas, where he gained expertise in credit finance, lease financing solutions, and portfolio management. His in-house experience provides him with valuable insight into the challenges his clients encounter and enables him to develop effective talent strategies to address them.
