Jennifer MacKenzie is the Global Managing Partner in CF Leadership’s Madrid office and leads the Media & Telecoms sector. Her expertise lies in Board and CEO appointments in the Media and Telecommunications industry, alongside cross-industry expertise in Audit, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Government Affairs.
She advises global clients, including streaming platforms, telecom providers, broadcasters, and gaming companies, on challenges such as technological disruption, content monetization, and evolving consumer behaviors. Jennifer is part of CF Leadership’s Media & Telecommunications Executive Committee and is a member of the Group Executive Committee.
Prior to joining CF Leadership, Jennifer held senior talent leadership roles across Europe and the United States at Telefónica, NBC, McKinsey, and Korn Ferry. She is highly experienced in recruitment, talent development, and leadership strategies.
