James Twiston-Davies is a Global Co-Managing Partner in CF Leadership’s London office and leads the Industrial sector. His expertise is with Board and CEO appointments in the industrial sector, alongside functional expertise in HR and Supply Chain & Operations.
He advises multinational manufacturers, engineering firms, and industrial service providers on leadership transitions, cultural alignment, and navigating industry-wide growth and transformation. James is part of CF Leadership’s Industrial Executive Committee and is a member of the Group Executive Committee.
Prior to joining CF Leadership, James held senior roles across Europe with leading global search firms. With 25 years of experience and over 700 mandates across diverse industrial sectors, James is considered an expert in his field.
