James T. Edwards is a Global Partner in CF Leadership’s New York office and leads the Aerospace, Defence, and Space sector. His expertise is with Board and CEO appointments in the aerospace and defence sector, alongside cross-industry expertise in Sustainability, Strategy and Financial leadership.
He advises global aerospace leaders and defence contractors on human capital considerations to advance systems innovation and supply chain considerations. James is part of CF Leadership’s Industrial Executive Committee.
Prior to joining CF Leadership, James held senior leadership roles across the United States at Boeing, Raytheon Technologies, and Northrop Grumman, where he gained expertise in engineering leadership, advanced systems innovation, and R&D program management. He brings extensive experience to his work, delivering tailored leadership solutions to his diverse client base.
