Heather Scott is a Global Partner in CF Leadership’s Miami office and leads the Maritime, Ports & Associated Infrastructure sector. Her expertise is with Board and CEO appointments in the maritime sector, alongside cross-industry expertise in HR and Financial leadership.
She advises global shipping companies, port operators, and maritime technology firms on leadership transitions, operational scaling, and challenges in digitalization, green shipping compliance, and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) standards. Heather is part of CF Leadership’s Industrial Executive Committee.
Prior to joining CF Leadership, Heather held senior leadership roles in North America at the Port of Los Angeles, General Electric Marine Systems, and Maersk Line, where she gained expertise in port modernization, digital transformation, and maritime logistics optimization.
