Harsith Patel is Global Managing Partner in CF Leadership’s Singapore office and leads the Consumer sector. His expertise lies in Board and CEO appointments within the Consumer sector, alongside cross-industry expertise in Marketing, Sales, Commercial & Communications, and Supply Chain & Operations Officers.
He advises clients in Consumer on leadership recruitment, talent cultivation, and fostering organizational success. Harsith is part of CF Leadership’s Consumer Executive Committee, and is a member of the Group Executive Committee.
Harsith has 17 years’ experience in senior executive recruitment and prior to joining CF Leadership, held senior talent acquisition roles across APAC with Kraft Heinz and Procter & Gamble, where he gained expertise in identifying and nurturing leadership talent
