Experience

George D. Alexander is a Global Partner in CF Leadership’s Stockholm office and leads the Broad Based Funds sector, specializing in Activism, Credit, Impact Investing, and Special Situations. His expertise is with Board and CEO appointments in the Broad Based Funds sector, alongside cross-industry expertise in Legal, Compliance, Risk & Government Affairs, and Financial Leadership. 

He advises leading institutional funds, private equity firms, and alternative investment platforms on challenges unique to the evolving investment management sector, including leadership transitions, regulatory changes, and market dynamics. George is part of CF Leadership’s Funds Executive Committee. 

Prior to joining CF Leadership, George held senior leadership roles in Sweden at EQT Partners and Morgan Stanley, where he gained expertise in credit strategies, special situations investments, and corporate governance.
