Fiona Robertson

Fiona Robertson is Global Co-Managing Partner in CF Leadership’s Paris office and leads the Financial Services sector. Her expertise is with Board and CEO appointments in the Financial Services sector, alongside cross-industry expertise in Audit and Legal, Compliance, Risk & Government Affairs. 

She advises global clients across banking, insurance, private wealth, and asset management on regulatory challenges, compliance, risk, and leadership alignment with evolving market demands. Fiona is part of CF Leadership’s Financial Services Executive Committee and a member of the Group Executive Committee.

Prior to joining CF Leadership, Fiona held senior leadership roles in investment banking and insurance, where she gained expertise in talent acquisition, diversity initiatives, and leadership strategy. She is experienced at assessing and enhancing board-level capabilities to address evolving market demands in regulatory, risk, compliance, and human capital areas.
