Finlay MacIntyre is a Global Managing Partner in CF Leadership’s Oslo office and leads the Funds sector. His expertise is with Board and CEO appointments in the Funds sector, alongside cross-industry expertise in Legal, Compliance, Risk & Government Affairs, and Technology, Information, Security, and Digital.
He advises venture capital, private equity, and sovereign wealth funds on the evolving investment landscape, including navigating market volatility, emerging fund structures, and aligning executive talent with strategic growth objectives. Finlay is part of CF Leadership’s Funds Executive Committee and is a member of the Group Executive Committee.
Prior to joining CF Leadership, Finlay held senior leadership roles across Europe with leading global institutions specializing in wealth and asset management, where he gained expertise in investment strategy, market analysis, and asset allocation. He leverages his expertise to deliver customized leadership solutions to his clients.
