Fatimah Al-Nasr is a Global Partner in CF Leadership’s Zurich office and leads the Blockchain sector. Her expertise lies in Board and CEO appointments within the blockchain and decentralized technology industry, alongside cross-industry expertise in HR, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Government Affairs.
She advises blockchain platforms, crypto exchanges, and Web3 ventures on leadership searches, talent strategies, and scaling operations to navigate the evolving decentralized economy. Fatimah is part of CF Leadership’s Technology Executive Committee.
Prior to joining CF Leadership, Fatimah held senior leadership roles across Switzerland at Accenture, IBM, and Siemens, where he gained expertise in blockchain strategy, digital transformation, and decentralized systems.
