Experience

Eric Herrera is a Global Partner in CF Leadership’s New York office and leads the Asset Management sector. His expertise is with Board and CEO appointments in the Asset Management sector, alongside cross-industry expertise in Technology, Information, Security, Digital Infrastructure, and Financial leadership. 

He advises private equity firms, hedge funds, and institutional investors, helping them navigate global market shifts, regulatory complexities, and securing transformative leadership. Eric is part of CF Leadership’s Financial Services Executive Committee. 

Prior to joining CF Leadership, Eric held senior leadership roles across North America and Europe at McKinsey & Company and BlackRock, where he gained expertise in strategic decision-making, organizational assessment, and leadership evaluation.
