Elena Martín

Elena Martín is a Global Partner for CF Leadership, based in Lisbon. She leads the firm’s Public Sector work for Associations, member-based organizations, and public-interest institutions. Her advisory focus includes executive search, board succession, and leadership assessment for public sector bodies with complex stakeholder environments.

Elena brings over 15 years of experience across public affairs, communications, and institutional engagement in the energy sector. She works at the intersection of governance, strategy, and reputation \ – \ helping Associations and public institutions identify and develop leaders who can navigate political, regulatory, and member-driven dynamics.Elena is part of CF Leadership’s Public & Social Sector Executive Committee.

Before joining CF Leadership, Elena worked in government relations at Galp in Portugal and previously held senior communications roles with energy companies in Spain. Her deep understanding of stakeholder engagement and institutional influence enables her to advise clients on the leadership capabilities required to build trust and deliver impact across public and membership-based systems.
