Dr. Matthias Keller is a Global Partner based in CF Leadership’s China office. He advises research institutes, innovation hubs, and academic institutions on executive appointments and leadership strategy. His focus includes intellectual property-led organizations, R&D centres, and entities operating at the intersection of academia, government, and industry.
Matthias brings more than two decades of experience in leadership advisory across Academic, Research and Educational institutions. He supports organizations building executive teams capable of advancing scientific agendas, safeguarding innovation assets, and leading global knowledge networks. Matthias is part of CF Leadership’s Public & Social Sector Executive Committee.
Before joining CF Leadership, Matthias held senior research leadership positions in China, Switzerland, and Germany, focused on innovation policy, IP governance, and institutional strategy. He brings deep insight into the leadership needs of publicly funded research entities, academic-industrial alliances, and science agencies operating in highly regulated and competitive global environments.
