David Martin is a Global Partner in CF Leadership’s Toronto office and leads the Real Estate sector. His expertise is with Board and CEO appointments in the Real Estate sector, alongside cross-industry expertise in Financial leadership and Audit.
He advises global clients across real estate asset management, advisory firms, and investment portfolios on market cycles, advancing ESG initiatives, optimizing asset performance, and adapting to technological disruptions. David is part of CF Leadership’s Financial Services Executive Committee.
Prior to joining CF Leadership, David held senior leadership roles across North America at JLL and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he gained expertise in asset management, real estate advisory, and portfolio optimization. He brings extensive experience to his work, enabling him to deliver tailored leadership solutions to the Real Estate sector.
