David Haynes is the Global Co-Managing Partner in CF Leadership’s Copenhagen office and leads the Public & Social Sector practice. His own portfolio of clients addresses Human Capital issues facing associations, foundations, philanthropic organisations and sustainability initiatives. His expertise lies in Board and CEO appointments in the Public and Social sectors, alongside cross-industry expertise in HR leadership and Audit programs.
He advises global clients on challenges such as governance, resource mobilization, and mission alignment, helping organizations build impactful leadership teams to address societal challenges. He is part of Carter Fleming’s Public & Social Sector Executive Committee and is a member of the Group Executive Committee.
Prior to joining Carter Fleming, David held leadership roles at McKinsey & Company and the UK Civil Service, where he gained expertise in public administration reform, impact measurement, and workforce modernization.
