Dan S. Brown is a Global Partner in CF Leadership’s Hamburg office and leads the Engineered Products & Solutions sector. His expertise is with Board and CEO appointments in the engineered products and solutions sector, together with a global specialism in Audit and Marketing, Sales, Commercial, and Communications.
He advises global leaders on business leadership issues such as skills scarcity, cross-border operations, and driving innovation in complex manufacturing and design. Dan is part of CF Leadership’s Industrial Executive Committee.
Prior to joining CF Leadership, Dan held senior leadership roles across Europe at Alstom, ABB, GE Power, and Rolls-Royce, where he gained expertise in systems design, robotics, and global product development. He leverages his extensive network and industry experience to devise highly effective talent strategies for his clients.
