Brian Richardson is a Global Partner in CF Leadership’s New York office and leads the Aviation sector. His expertise lies in Board and CEO appointments within the aviation industry, alongside cross-industry experience in HR and finance leadership.
He advises global clients, including airlines, manufacturers, and service providers, on Human Capital planning, meeting challenges such as skills shortages, global mobility, and operational excellence in aviation. Brian is part of CF Leadership’s Industrial Executive Committee.
Prior to joining CF Leadership, Brian held senior leadership roles across the United States at organizations including the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, American Airlines, and major airports such as Los Angeles International, Dallas/Fort Worth, and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta. He brings deep expertise in urban integration, supply chain optimization, and airport planning, delivering tailored leadership solutions to his diverse client base.
