Anna S. Crespo

Anna S. Crespo is a Global Partner in CF Leadership’s New York office and leads the Biopharmaceuticals sector. Her expertise is with Board and CEO appointments in the biopharmaceuticals sector, alongside cross-industry expertise in HR and Supply Chain & Operations.

She advises biopharma companies, from startups to global leaders, on talent acquisition, leadership transitions, and succession planning. Anna is part of CF Leadership’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Executive Committee.

Prior to joining CF Leadership, Anna held senior leadership roles across the UK and the US at McKinsey & Company and Quintiles, where she gained expertise in R&D portfolio optimization, organizational redesign, and drug development strategy.
