Amy Hoffman is a Global Partner in CF Leadership’s New York office and leads the Private Equity sector. Her expertise is with Board and CEO appointments in the private equity sector, alongside cross-industry expertise in Audit and Legal, Compliance, Risk & Government Affairs.
She advises private equity clients, venture capital firms, and their portfolio companies on leadership transitions, talent strategy, and organizational scaling. Amy is part of CF Leadership’s Funds Executive Committee.
Prior to joining CF Leadership, Amy held senior leadership roles in New York at EQT and Deloitte Consulting, where she gained expertise in value creation, M&A advisory, and post-merger integration. She brings extensive experience to delivering tailored leadership solutions to her clients.
